Came upon this fellow as we walked to the Spring Concert dress rehearsal. He was firing up the smoker for an old-fashioned barbecue to honor the teachers in the Middle and Upper School. They even had a tent set up on the lawn. I told him it wasn't fair that the teachers from the Lower School weren't invited. He said I should come over. (Confession time: I'm not a true Southerner. I don't eat grits and I don't like barbecue.)
