These sisters entertained themselves while their Mom was busy being one of our luncheon hosts. They are sweet girls and their patience was rewarded with slices of an amazing cake their mother had baked. I wanted to include the cake in my collage but my picture, unfortunately, was not quite in focus, so you will have to be content with my description: a 2 layer white cake with raspberry jam between, iced with a rich cream cheese frosting and then covered with thick shavings of white chocolate. Yes the girls are sweet, and the cake was too!
