My mother's wedding bouquet. My parents were married on May 13, in New York City and the flowers bloomed later than here in Virginia. This would have been their 80th anniversary. Unfortunately they only celebrated 32 years before my mother died too young.
How touching and a lovely sketch. My parents would have been married 78 yrs this coming Sept, but unfortunately they didn't have a big wedding so I have no mementos of that day, not even pix. :( How sweet the flowers were transplanted.
