We are almost at the end of the school year so it was time to thank all our parent and student volunteers for all their hard work throughout the year. The kids love the fact that it is the one time they can eat in the library. It is also nice that they get out of class to take part in the celebration and that Dr. Hunter, the Lower School Head presents a certificate to each of them.
Now if we can just keep them volunteering the last two weeks of school as all the books are being returned!
How wonderful to instill volunteerism in the early years! And equally nice is to recognize and reward it! A lovely collection of photos to depict the event!
