If you haven't dropped in a school library in a while, you may be surprised at what you will find. Here you see free time in our library before the start of the school day. Children still select books and read quietly, but a library is so much more. It's all about community, as they play math games on the computers or Connect Four around a table, complete assignments or strengthen friendships with lively conversation. It's a great place to hang out, and I'm lucky enough to do it all day long!
What a gorgeous work space! How I wish my grandchildren might have a school even somewhat like this to attend someday! I know you all know it, but it's very special!
