After attending the author presentation, four hungry teachers dropped in Emilio's, a Spanish tapas restaurant not far from the Children's Museum. We put our faith in our waiter, and he gave us some outstanding recommendations. From the top right you see empanadas filled with spicy backfin crab meat and fire roasted peppers. Below that is Spanish style potato and onion frittata. Next is crispy, hand-rolled spring roll stuffed with shrimp and cream cheese, served with zesty tomato sauce and finally grilled marinated chicken on skewers. We split everything four ways, including the bill!
