Downsizing

I start the day with a bagel and a cup of tea. I prefer the mini-bagel made by Thomas (famed for their English muffins) because it is not too much bread early in the day. Unfortunately the latest bag of ten bagels took this concept to the extreme. The bagel on the right from the most recent bag appeared to be a mini-mini-bagel. Unfortunately the weight on the bag and the price I paid remained the same as for the earlier bags I have bought. I believe in registering my opinions so I contacted Thomas's on their website and got a quick phone call in response. They apologized profusely and sent $8 worth of coupons, saying the fault was in the factory. I'm not totally convinced. I reserve judgement til I buy the next bag.
Way to go Allison!! I'm the same way!

This is absolutely NOT the sort of recognition they want, but in this day and age of easy communication, everything is fair game! Long ago I learned that one should not only register a complaint, but be prepared to say what they'd like in exchange. It's amazing how quickly companies will respond to that. I don't believe EVER in abusing this, but it's a good thing to remember, because you'll be as quick to also tell us if things improve!
