As I mentioned in the other album, I don't bake too often. I can't remember when I last used brown sugar so I was prepared to have to break out the pick ax to be able to measure the 3 tablespoons I needed. Well, look what I had forgotten that I had added to the box many months ago! This disk was damp when I originally inserted it. When I removed it today, the pottery was dry but the sugar was soft and ready to spoon out.
I moistened it again, and it is ready for my next foray into baking!
