I had an opportunity to meet the new Head of School, Penny Evins last week at an informal breakfast on campus for faculty, staff, alum and parents. She has settled in and become a real presence on campus as she gets to know everyone in the relaxed days of summer. Her reputation as an educator and forward thinker has created a palpable excitement as faculty and staff look forward to working with her. I’m glad I could see her for myself before becoming a “former faculty member”.
