I had a wonderful walk this afternoon on a perfect Sunday afternoon. Got a chance to chat with a number of friendly people. This Dad and his sweet little girl Zena ( Warrior Princess, but spelled with a Z) were on their front porch when I stopped to admire The Slate River that the father had crafted. When it rains, the water flows downstream and out a small opening at the bottom. He said his goal was to create a maintenance-free yard, and I’d say he has succeeded.
