This delicious pasta and chickpea dish is made with rosemary-infused olive oil. How lucky am I that I can walk outside and pick all the rosemary I want! I made this dish once before with spaghetti but thought I’d try it again with orecchiette a compact little shape in which the chick pea could settle delightfully.
