New Magnolias

When the Virginia Museum of History and Culture began its grand renovation during the pandemic, many folks in the neighborhood were upset. As part of the project venerable old magnolias surrounding the parking lot were removed. What the neighbors didn’t realize is that these magnolias had reached the end of their life span. Branches were falling right and left. So the museum is starting fresh with a fine new crop of young trees.
