A slow drain led to a visit from the plumber. After using his special auger, he extracted a 2 foot long ribbon or fabric. I have idea how long this bedraggled obstruction had been lurking deep in the pipe, nor how it got there in the first place, no one to blame but myself since I’m keeper of the kitchen sink.
