Another delightful surprise from a former colleague in the library — flowers from her garden and two different chicken casseroles from a church gift shop. John and I ate half of one of the oh-so-generous chicken dishes tonight with enough left for another meal. And the other dish is a very cute chicken pot pie topped with shredded cheese. I have tucked it in the freezer for an evening I need pampering. Thank you Susan!
