I am drowning in responsibility today. The kids go back to school this morning and I've got to get them off in about an hour and have tons to do to get them ready (pack lunches, sort their supplies, get their clothes ready)! I still have school paperwork to finish and the yoga waterfall redo shoot this afternoon.
I also am drowning in photos as I went to the zoo yesterday.
This was from our anniversary last night right before we went out. It's our token wedding photo pose. We discovered it with our engagement photos, liked it the best and did it a few times with wedding photos, too. And here we are 13 years later still dancing. But the dance is a little more frenzied. Fun night out. Crazy day starts now. Must grab my coffee and GO GO GO! Hope you are well!
Way to hit 13 with such big smiles and happy memories! Our boys had mixed up lunch boxes and they were a couple of supplies short on their first day of school, but we got through the day! Hope yours is good!
@rockinrobyn I was short supplies, too. I thought I had it all and rechecked the list this morning. Doh. I hate having to go back to the store when I thought I was done! Thanks, friend. Can't wait to hear how it went when they come home. I got emotional walking out with Clara this morning when I saw Em's old Kindergarten teacher. Next year, I walk away from the first day kid free...sniff!
I cannot believe how quickly the school holidays have gone this year ~ a few more weeks here in the UK until they go back, but has flown by ~ can't wait ~ I get MY holiday when they go back as my daughter is off from uni for a few weeks, so my granny duties will not be required for 2 weeks :-)
Thank you all so much for your comments on this silly shot. My husband asked if this was actually the best one? We had taken a few. But who wants to mess around with taking photos when you have a date to go on?! We had a fun night out...dinner and a swing/big band type concert in the park...oh and ice cream:).
