Saw this giant Pinnochio sculpture in front of the art museum earlier in the week and I thought it would make a fun shot for Mad Hatters story week with a little ETSOOI processing fun.
And here is a hilariously ironic story from my childhood: When I was a little girl, my mother pinned me down and inserted a "Pinocchio Nose Growing Pill" into my nose. For awhile after that, everytime I fibbed, I felt my nose to see if it was growing and my mother caught me. The funny irony is that she had to lie to get me to stop lying:). And that is where my issues began...
Heh heh heh, your mom was one clever lady! :P This is a fabulous and fun processing job. My sister once got a bead stuck up her nose, which led to quite the family excitement ...
What a happy, magical image! Can't quite work out the parental ethics of inserting an imaginary nose-growing pill, but the story sure made me laugh! Maybe you get your playful ways from Mom? :)
@wendyhgill I think so. She was lots of fun (and still is). She was pretty young when she had me, so maybe the ethics weren't so strong yet;-). thanks!!
@neatz Picmonkey has some amazing features. This was a texture I got from there. I used it in my Mad Hatters shot today, but edited it differently today, too. Check it out: @madhatters. Thanks so much, too:).
@deniseescovino Aw, thanks, lady. Editing play is fun. And so is my mom.
