A peaceful scene of my pooch, Hope, snoozing in the sun. Gosh it feels good to do that. I should have put the camera down and curled right up there with her.
This was a shot I sorta forgot about. It was my first successful shot using manual mode. It took me a few shots to get the exposure right.
This sweet girl is the most affectionate thing ever and kisses until we tell her to stop. In fact the other day on Mother's Day, my whole family (all 3 kids and Mike) were massaging me at the same time. I was lying on the floor for a few magnificent moments of pampered bliss. And then Hope came up and got in on the action and started licking my feet....eeek. That made me laugh.
@snackmaster Oh, got it. This was taken weeks ago. And my feet weren't THAT bad, sheesh. I thought you were referencing that I've been kicking the poor girl lately (accidentally, of course). She's taken to laying right in my path and so often I don't see her there and then I feel awful. Recently I did it with a full glass of red wine and it ended up all over me and the white carpeted stairs. Wish she would lay in more convenient places or that I would look down more.
Aww she just wanted to participate pampering you....sound like you had such a treat for your day, massages all over, you lucky girl. Really love the bliss on her face too, that really is the bliss indeed, enjoying the sun
