Right in the middle of her forehead. When she was good, she was very very good. And when she was bad, she was horrid.
A favorite childhood rhyme of mine.
I was drawn to her wonderful, Shirley Temple like curls. And the fact that both kids were up on a parents shoulders.
We were waiting in a long time for the bus to take us to the airshow. It felt like a cattle line and I was tempted to make some animal noises, but I refrained and people watched and took some candids instead.
Here I was busted by Little Miss Curlytop.
Once when I was a kid I accidentally dropped my gum onto my fathers thinning hair when I was on his shoulders like this. We were at Disney and someone in our group had to cut the gum out of his hair. He couldn't afford to lose more hair. I think that was my last shoulder ride.
Love the processing!

"There was a little girl,
Who had a little curl,
Right in the middle of her forehead.
When she was good,
She was very good indeed,
But when she was bad she was horrid."
Hilarious...the other day Molly asked me, very innocently, if Sydney had a curl in the middle of her forehead when she was younger. She had been hearing this little rhyme from my mother. Fantastic photo!

Love the processing. It really suits this shot. I actually thought it was a vintage shot at first.
