Wintery Night at Washington Park Gazebo by alophoto

Wintery Night at Washington Park Gazebo

This is in the park right outside of Music Hall. It was right around where I took the photo of the front of the hall before the show.

Loved how they had this gazebo all lit up. It was pretty magical.

Later, I thought I should have had Michael go pose inside to be a creeper or add interest, but I was lucky to get the shot period and we were cold.
What a pretty night shot. Is this the same spot you took the selfies of you in red?

@teiko No, this is a gazebo downtown. The other was in the community on the lake we used to live near. I miss my old gazebo, but still see it pretty regularly or did on runs when it was still warm. I did more selfies there last winter for Mike and my 20 year anniversary.

Oh this IS magical. I love the outdoor stringed lights that dip just enough to add curves, almost like they are drapes for the ceiling.

love the lights that just drag you into the gazebo. So pretty with the snow. How's work going? Did you get much snow last week? The school system shut down all week last week because of it here. We now have warmer temps and rain with the worry for flooding.

@lesip Work is ok. We've been slower so I've been working less and enjoying an extra day off. No snow last week. We only had one big fall this year so far and it was only a few inches. I want more. Not what you have had (but honestly, I wouldn't mind experiencing that sometime). We are in the 60s and sunny today. It's nice. Mike's job search is going ok, too. He has a few leads at GE. He's handling the layoff very very well.

@amandal that's great to here. Will keep my fingers crossed he finds something soon. You do events right? Should get busier in the spring.

@lesip Job fairs, though...maybe many aren't hiring now. Bad market perhaps or less doing job fairs. We do them for high tech, engineering and security clearance companies. Hope it picks up!
