The first place that we went was Natural Bridge State Park...it's a more touristy place within Red River Gorge. We got there at a perfect time, though...before the crowds. And as we were hiking up, we heard music, singing from above. It was a hymn and the voices sounded like angels in heaven. As we neared the top, we heard the final notes and "Amen." A group of Mennonite women started descending the hill and we realized that it was their concert. I thanked them all as we passed each other and one lady say, "Thanks be to God."
Amazing beauty, heavenly experience and then God winked at me on the way back down:).
