So so much to be thankful for this year: my sweet family, a fabulous husband, a wonderful home, my health, a good night's sleep, my salvation, friends who love the outdoors and exercise with me. I have so much, even though it doesn't feel like it all too often.
These kids don't have much, but they seemed to be ok with that, smiling and clowning for the gringo with the camera.
Their lesson, the things I saw and heard about it while in Juarez, really helped put my life, my blessings into proper perspective.
We don't celebrate Thanksgiving but we really should! Perhaps its to be thankful each day that we are still happy - or should be! Sweet faces behind the fence!
