Little Red and her Black Pup

All snuggles on an unexpected morning off.

Clara was sick again yesterday and we made the most of our time. I read her an entire chapter book, we played little Red Riding Hood and Grandmother (and then I switched it to mother because I am not THAT old:), snuggled with each other, snuggled with the dog and had a game of bat around the balloon. She even gave me a few moments to take photos of her looking adorable.

A good day, not what I planned, not what I expected, but sweet.
