Today I am off. And I practically kill myself on my one day off a week...trying to fit everything in.
A morning run, pilates class, a bit of weight lifting (but I was soooo stinkin' tired and didn't do it for too long) and an afternoon hike with a friend to enjoy and hopefully capture fall a bit.
Sigh.
Next week, I'll start having an extra day off a week. It will be so welcomed!
@maggiemae I've lost 8 pounds with my new job. I hardly exercise anymore because I am moving almost constantly 4+ hours for 4-5 days per week. Almost my high school weight!
