Sinister Skies by andycoleborn

Sinister Skies

The sky darkened over when I was out this afternoon threatening a downpour, but apart from a couple of drops, the clouds quickly cleared and just an hour later, it's quite sunny again..

This is SOOC - although I did use the inbuilt silhouette mode - so is it still unedited or not?? Having discussed this when I met up with Rich and Aaron the other night.. Do I really care...lol

BTW - this was taken at a small national trust woodland area called Thorndon Country park just outside Brentwood.. Quite a nice place and we might go back at the weekend as they hire out mountain bikes for just £6 for 2 hours..
Extra special!

Not sure why this appears three times in the home page?!?!?

That happens loads; notice it often with others' uploads. Furthermore, I love the mood in this.

@indiannie_jones Yeah, have seen it a few times... this was originally on twice than after I added a note, a third appeared! So deleted the comment and added another half expecting a 4th version to appear haha

Lol I took a similar one today that I haven't decided whether to post or not - like the B&W it makes it more dramatic somehow

Wow! That's amazing that it didn't storm really bad for you!

Nod
I'd call this (or any) SOOC an in-camera processed :-) Cool shot. Love the angry sky!
May 11th, 2011
@viranod cheers mate.. our conversation started as we were chatting about SOOC and Aaron (or maybe Rich) said they thought it may have been you who had mentioned all the options available on a camera so is there such a thing as SOOC... or something like that... haha
