Spent the last Saturday of the Olympics glued to the box so without a shot I popped into the garden for a quick flower shot then headed back to the sofa in time for more Games action.. Rounded off with a brilliant 5,000m gold for Mo Farah...
Just love the Olympics and wish it lasted for more than just 16 days...
I LOVE the Olympics too! Will be sad to see it go. I also LOVE the detail and color and angle of this gorgeous flower photo! I would hate to see what you could do if you did not "pop out" to take a shot but really took your time! LOL

And I know how you feel... Here in the Netherlands we had a breakfast show called 'Goodmorning London' for two weeks, and I watched that every morning before work. Now it's just back to the 'normal' news, which isn't as exciting, by far!
I'll miss the Olympics too... morning after the night before already. :(
