A Gander at Greenwich by andycoleborn

A Gander at Greenwich

A pair of geese who had pooped to the old Royal Naval College in Greenwich for a bite to eat this evening..

Spent the morning watching Maggie Thatcher's funeral on tv in work before putting in some effort and getting a fair few things done..

Quick trip to Greenwch then home, cooked and now settled on the sofa watching East is East.... Seem it a ton of times before but always makes me laugh...
Brilliant shot - can't believe they posed so beautifully for you! Love Greenwich, so many beautiful buildings but it was cold enough to freeze me fingers off last time I visited... must go back

Like the colour scheme. When you say, "Quick trip to Greenwich then home, cooked.............." was it a couple of cooked geese by any chance? ;-)

Surreal

Precious. We repeat in twos/ the buildings are left/right mirror symmetric and the ganders are completely (with a little licence of course) translation symmetric. Nicely caught and executed,

Love this, the geese mirror the colours of the buildings and the lines of the columns. Very nicely caught and executed.
