Every year, when we put the Christmas decorations away, we pack a bottle of bubbly and a £20 note to buy ourselves a take away to keep us going as we put up the decorations the next year.
With the cost of living crisis, £20 isn't going to stretch as far as previous years. This year we'll have to put two £20 notes in ready for next year.
