I set off early to my camera club meeting tonight to take this shot. I remembered my tripod... and forgot the connecting shoe... and then had to run the gamut of all the members of my camera club passing me on the way in to the meeting as I crouched in the dark and cold, seemingly pointing at nothing in particular! How we suffer for our addiction!
Anyway, with no tripod and a completely black sky, I'm rather pleased with the results of a humble fire escape outside my town's council building.
