Juicy by angelar

Juicy

Sometimes all a girl can do is fix on her close-up filter and wander aimlessly round the kitchen. I admit to lacking inspiration- it's been that kind of day. Still, I like the wood grain of this lemon juicer.

Tomorrow is another day...

I find that when struggling to find inspiration, just go for a walk. I like the wood grain too.

A walk, yes... but it's raining, dark and I need to be somewhere else in 10 mins. Am I a quitter?! @gamelee

@angelar - You can't be a quitter, otherwise you wouldn't have a photo here today. I do know what you mean though, sometimes I don't see the wood for the trees.

My motto is, when in doubt get the macro out. Wasn't it a miserable day, nice shot btw.

This just goes to show that photographed correctly anything can look good. Well done, you've made a juicer look intriguing and beautiful.

We all go through those days..... a year in photos is a long time to be David Bailey every day! Nice light and texture shown here, great for a wander!

We forget about every day items, may have to look again at the potato masher.

@judis Thanks Judi -it could be worse given the complete lack of inspiration.

@jackie8 I'm sure there'll be other such days and other such shots as a result. Thanks for the encouraging words!

I'm a big fan of running to macro lens when I can't think of anything to shoot. I can't believe I've never dug out my juicer because it makes for a nice shot!
