Our beloved Ceilidh began having puppies at 2.15 this morning!
The brood is only 3 big (no fight for milk then!) but they are strong and vigorous and it was such a privilege to witness and help. Ceilidh was immediately attentive and fascinated by the lives she had produced.
Oh, I see. Your three little miracles, Eeny, Meeny and Myney. Is there going to be any Mo ? Well done, Ceilidh and well done Angela for missing your beauty sleep. Moments like these don't happen every day of the week. Congratulations and welcome to the new family.
@onewing It is her first and it's been so perfect that I can't see us doing it again. The main idea was to have an experience for her and for us and we wanted a second dog so it seemed a lovely idea to have a pup of hers rather than just choose otherwise.
