We went to meet our friends' new arrival who is a labradoodle called Hugo. He was incredibly cute and engaged and then did the typical puppy thing of conking out when it was all too much. We're going to enjoy watching him grow.
@onewing Hugo's owners are Neil's business partner and his wife. They had a loved dalmatian who we walked sometimes with Ceilidh and Shanty but they lot him very suddenely a couple of months ago. They've always been dog owners so we knew there'd be a new arrival at some point but there's been a bit of debate, I gather, about potential breed. Hugo seems to be a little sweetie and our friends have a great track record with training dogs to be happy and calm so, Hugo being closer to Ceilidh and Shanty in age, we have a potential friendship in the future, for sure!
