Blowing in the wind

A friend had an open garden event. Their pampas grass moved in a really fluid way and quite fascinated me!

I love pampas grass, but it is regarded as a noxious weed here as it grows like wild fire if not controlled.
It always reminds me of Cyprus as there was lots of pampas grass out there.
