I know so many of you have been in this position so you'll celebrate with me as James got his A level results. He's done really well and, after the customary nail-biting wait, learned that he is accepted into his first choice university to read Aeronautical Engineering starting in a few weeks. We're all thrilled and the relief in the house is tangible. I have the grey hairs to prove we were tense!
By the way, I've broken all the rules of 365 as I had to go to work to deal with my own students so wasn't still with James at the time of this shot and Neil actually took it. I did take other shots that day but I'm sure you'll understand why this had to be the one to post! Thanks Neil!
Saw this jolly picture. Congratulations to your son. This has sadly missed my son by this year as he goes to a special school but I still rejoice in the successes of others and their future mapping out before them. A great capture; some wonderful expressions.
What a great shot. I am sure you know by now that rules are there to be broken. It is your project so your rules. You will have to encourage Neil to join 365. Well done to James I am sure you are all relieved. The grey hairs can be dealt with easily enough, so I wouldn't worry about that one.
