I don't know who he is, some kind of dragonfly I guess, but he has got quite hairy legs and big eyes. Unfortunately he was in such a place that I could not get a good picture of him. And then he flew away.
With his segmented body that looks like bamboo, I think he's a Damsel Fly...I have a pic of one in my project...July I think...it just looks like a blade of grass in small form, but if you open it, you'll see him! They ARE hard to catch in a good photo! I think you did quite well!
