In the Sipoonkorpi Nature conservation area I saw Pinesap (Monotropa hypopitys) for the first time since 1960's and then it was in Central Finland. Unfortunately I saw not the flowers. This one and two others were already making seeds. Pinesap does not contain chlorophyll; it is a myco-heterotroph, getting its food through parasitism.
