Kattokassiset (Baggies of the Roof) dancing on the roof of Kerava Library during The Light-happening
I love it! Did you make up that name for these things? I have shot pics of them dancing but never knew what to,call the silly things!

@espyetta Probably the organizers of the happening invented the name Kattokassiset. Astrid Lindgrens book Karlsson på taket (Karlsson on the roof) was called Katto-Kassinen in Finnish. Katto = roof and kassi = bag, kassinen = small bag. These things are like bags full of air and they are on the roof.
