Common Redpoll

We had a little sun this afternoon, so I took a break from inauguration watching and went to find the redpolls. Am determined to get a great shot before they leave in spring. It may not be possible. They are so small and hang out in the treetops, moving all the time.

I've not heard of Redpolls, definitely not "common" for me! I'd say you did well here, little birds like this are so hard to shoot
