don't want to be cryptic on other posts or make anyone feel uncomfortable, but I sadly lost my mother early today (Tuesday 5th June). She was 92 and not at all well.
I am so sorry to hear this. Your image appeared directly after mine on my feed. Foxgloves were my late Mum's favourite flower. Her single bed was in a room with a foxglove design on the curtains. Your image was extremely poignant.
thank you, Jane @motherjane - my mum liked mauve, and after she had bought the material and sewn this bed cover, she made a stencil and printed some fabric to match and made the curtains. There will be so many things to remind me.
So very sorry to hear this. It doesn't matter that she was 92 and had been unwell, it will still leave an enormous hole in your life. Thoughts and prayers are with you.

Sorry for your loss Annie-Sue! My father passed away about 18mths ago at the age of 92 and yes we miss him a lot. Hope you gain comfort from many good memories and supportive friends and family.
thank you @chikadnz - you may see some memories posted here! The most interesting thing I am finding at the moment is the different memories my siblings have - each of us having had a different mum (so to speak).
@seacreature there has been quite a lot of loss between us. I will be fine, Desi. We've been telling our stories of mum to the vicar today - most interesting, as we all know or give importance to different things.
