I have a new camera.

Ordered at Wilkinsons this morning, collected this afternoon.

It's another Sony WX350 - 20x optical zoom in a tiny body.

Apart from bringing it out to see if it would serve as a stop-gap (which it did for a day before the error message came up again) I was last using the old one in 2019. Using it - and dropping it. Crossed fingers for the fate of the new one.
