Rainy Afternoon Efforts

My first attempt at rainbow calligraphy using a quote from someone famous(!) And my alright attempts at the sunflowers.

I had so much paint left on my tile, as well on my hands and face, I daubed a couple of cards too.

Very nice effect with the Calligraphy and what do you mean an alright attempt at sunflowers! Put them in a sunny spot when we next see sunshine, stand back and then make an assessment. I think that they are more than alright.

@30pics4jackiesdiamond these are so fine!!! I woud have made the leaves of the flowers larger, but then they would not have been personal, but just some generic sunflowers.

@30pics4jackiesdiamond - and now she's into calligraphy, too! next thing you know you're doing paper maché projects! the sunflowers are great but next time, paint the vibrant yellow on top for a more 3d-ish effect. aces!
