10-minute portraits challenge with Dylan Sara

In December 2022 I joined a daily drawing challenge of 10-minute portraits hosted by Dylan Sara on his YT channel. I used ink (waterproof and water soluble) in fountain pens with calligraphy and normal nibs.
I tried uploading a gif, but it would only show one frame, hence the YT link.
@monikozi

@delboy207 Could be. I'm not sure about the twig tools, but he does make his own natural inks. And I learned he does use Sktchy.

@ankers70 Thanks! He is quite a character and his choice of subjects and poses are not boring at all. I would definitely have avoided most of these.

@monikozi Great challenge that you have assigned yourself! I definitely don't think I can tackle drawing faces. I'll check out the tutorial, though.

These are lovely, cool idea to make a video to show them off. @monikozi
I will have to look Dylan Sara up although not sure if I want to draw faces

@theredcamera Thanks! Actually those are not tutorials. Jus drawing parties. The feeling is scary in the beginning, but it becomes so much fun. Especially when some things fall into place.

@kjarn Thanks! It really is practice and interest in the subject. Sometimes they went better, sometimes they went less good.

@salza Thanks! It was a bit of a pain to make the video. I used the sketchbook in a random way, drawing wherever it opened. So a flip throough would have been a mess. So i took photos, then made a gif out of them which was then converted into mp4.
