I think this is a willow but not 100% .Spotted the green flowers and thought they looked interesting. Also like what I think is called bokeh? There is a lot of uncertainty in this description!
@happypat Not sure either but type "willow flower" in to Google images and there are lots of different types. Not sure if Flower is the correct term but I notice the oak trees have a flowery thing on it too. I will put a photo of that on soon.
Lovely bokeh. I am quite sure that it is a willow ( either salix lba or salix pentandra) the green is the flower after blomming so it must be the seeds already. Grat shot Rob
@happypat@khirsch Thanks I am not 100% must ask my neighbour. I have not noticed this stage befor but as you know when looking for subject for our photos we see so much more than perhaps we used to. I think this is pre flowering as it seems to have developed in the week I will take again and post if I can, linking the two.
