@julzmaioro it's great to follow life worldwide like this. He doesn't actually milk them just does the yard work. There about 180 milking at the moment. They do split calving, half the herd have just calved and the other calve around September. As the ground around here is heavy clay they spend the winter under cover. These are the low yielders that have just returned to pasture after the winter. It's always good to see them in the fields again.
