The bump is the guy at the back or what they were constructing? Or the fact that the way the guy on the right is standing you'd think he'd just had a bump?!

The men are working on a speed bump but I was suggesting, with the title, that the man at the back had a stomach resembling a speed bump. Much like myself I must add!
