I'm playing with macro extension tubes again. It would be nice to have a dedicated macro lens, but the extension tubes are cheap, and they work with lenses I already have.
This is a photo of a set of stepped drill bits. With my reading glasses on and in good light, I can just barely read the tiny size markings on these bits.
If you are unfamiliar with stepped drill bits, they are the best thing since sliced bread if you have to drill holes through thin-ish metal. Each step is a marked size, you just count the number of steps you drill through till you get to the size you want. Want to de-burr the hole? Just bump it with the next step up and it'll clean up the edges nicely.
