goodness... was it ever usable? what kind of film??

@northy - Yes, it was a usable camera. I suppose it still is, aside from the problem of finding old, oddball film, and someone to develop it. These little cameras were made in Japan shortly after WWII, and sold for 50 cents.

The Spy Museum in DC might find this interesting, very cool.

I received a similar one as a gift several years ago - mine says Crystar on the front. You captured it beautifully.
