Behold, the mighty BinPro 2000! This is this afternoons little wood working project.
The usable surface area of my workbench kept getting smaller and smaller as frequently used tools and small things that has no better place to go got piled up around the edges.
I picked up half a dozen red bins from the dollar store, and a quarter sheet of plywood. The plywood made the sides and rails that the bins rest on. The top, bottom, and the brace in the middle were made from scrap I had on hand, and the caster wheels came off tool cart that got upgraded wheels a while ago.
Now I've got more free work space on my bench, and still have quick access to my drill bits, x-acto knives, calipers, punches, glues, solvents, and so on...
