my little wanted to go for a run late this morning, so i leashed up charley and we followed leisurely behind (by 'late this morning', i mean 'it wouldn't have mattered how early we went because it is hotter than a sauna outside' and by 'followed leisurely', i mean 'turning beet-red and sweating profusely from the heat whilst being dragged along by my sweet pup'). here he's turned around to head back toward us, and as you can see by the taut leash, charley is eager to see him again!
as we made our way back to our street, charley was once again straining on the leash, this time to get into the pool and cool off!
