You're kidding? You like bussels sprouts. How do you fix them that would change my mind? I have hated these things since I was a kid. Now, so many decades later..... the same.
@aglennc i never did like them, until having them roasted at a friend's house. all i do is halve them (or quarter the larger ones), put them in a large ziploc with olive oil, kosher salt, pepper, and good garlic powder. coat them in the bag then turn them out onto a baking sheet. 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes--they should have a nice dark color. my whole family (which includes 2 teenage boys) absolutely loves them!
