i love watching him compete in ironman events--he trains so hard, and it is totally inspirational to see him and all the athletes give their best. he did so awesome--in this event he shaved a whole 31 minutes off his previous best time, and finished 959 out of 2500. YAY!!!
Congratulations to your husband! Twelve hours is a good time and to shave off a half hour is impressive. I know that the successful iron distance athletes in the world have supportive spouses and families, so kudos to you too!
Brett, this is incredible. I thought marathoners were crazy then I realized Iron Men are worse and completely insane. I cannot even fathom how one can train their body to endure that. Congrats to Scott and to you for supporting his effort.
Congratulations to your husband, what an Ironman alright. They put their bodies through so much stress, Im glad to hear be go a PB!
